What To Include
- Your Petaly account email or sign-in method, if you use one.
- Your device model, iOS version, and Petaly app version.

- Screenshots or screen recordings, if they help explain the issue.
Subscriptions
Petaly Pro subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. You can manage, cancel, or restore purchases from your store account or from Petaly Settings. Deleting your Petaly account does not cancel a store-managed subscription.
Privacy And Account Deletion
You can request account deletion in the app or at petalyapp.com/delete-account. Privacy questions can be sent to help@petalyapp.com.
