You can delete your Petaly account directly in the mobile app or request deletion by email.
Delete In The App
- Open Petaly.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
Request Deletion By Email
Send a deletion request to help@petalyapp.com from the email address linked to your Petaly account. If you used a guest account and cannot access the app, include the device, platform, and any details that help us locate the account.
What Gets Deleted
Account deletion removes your Petaly profile, sessions, sign-in records, cycle history, daily logs, symptoms, intimacy data, food entries, uploaded food photo references, chats, sharing links, follows, support messages, invite data, game data, and subscription entitlement records stored by Petaly.
What May Remain
Store purchase records are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play and must be handled in your store account. Limited backups, security logs, financial records, or abuse-prevention records may remain for a short period or as required by law.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Petaly account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel active subscriptions in your Apple or Google account to stop renewal.
